• AutoInvent does not claim ownership of the underlying inventions or patent rights you may pursue, except where explicitly agreed in a separate written agreement.

You and/or your collaborators remain solely responsible for:

• Accurately listing inventors and owners on any patent or application.

Nothing in the Services should be interpreted as a determination of inventorship, ownership, or entitlement to any IP rights.
